Who: Churchill County High School students participating or competing in athletics and extracurricular activities, including (but not limited to) band, choir and dance.

Where: On the football field - under the lights!
Packages: Print packages are available to pre-pay. Packages begin at $20 (add-ons cannot be ordered without selecting a package). Add-ons include prints, magnets, photo buttons and key chains. Note: in place of a memory mate, we are offering a multi-photo poster, which is available only as an 8x10 print or digital file. All orders will receive a print discount on future orders (not just for this event but any order). There are more items available to purchase online, including mugs, trading cards and game-day tickets.
Deadline: Pre-pay ends at midnight on September 17, 2020. No late orders will be accepted.
Delivery: Prints will be delivered to CCHS no later than October 31.
How to order: Click HERE to begin ordering and selecting your time slot. All orders MUST be completed online. We will not accept any walk-ins or in-person orders due to COVID.
Seniors!: Seniors who order a package will get a free digital file of the student photo. If the package includes the student photo, then they will be offered a free digital of the photo poster.
How to schedule: After completion and payment of your pre-order, we will email a schedule to select your time slot.
Number of slots available: The event is open to the first 30 people who pre-pay and schedule their slot. If we max out of our spots, we will consider adding another event night to the schedule.
Poses: Like previous sports team portraits, we will ask students to pose once unless they select multiple poses when pre-ordering (one photo for baseball, one photo for band, etc.). No more than 5 poses per time slot.
What to wear and bring: Letterman's jacket, Greenwave apparel, you name it! Bring some props (but don't go crazy) like a ball, bat, helmet.
COVID info: At this time, only single student photos will be taken unless a student and his/her immediate family sign up for a group photo. Social distancing and masks (except during the photo) will be required. On the day of the event, everyone will be required to complete a brief questionnaire regarding COVID-19 symptoms. Please do not arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before your time slot to avoid crowding.
