NNJ 2020-2021 Portraits Order Form

COVID-19 Protocol
Your player’s safety is and has always been our No. 1 priority. Due to the pandemic, we require that players wear a mask or face covering while social distancing from their teammates when in line to get their photo. If your player has been exposed or is not feeling well, please have her come to the make-up day in January.
We will be masked up the entire time and adhering to the social distancing and NNJ safety protocols.
What to Expect
Like last year for the individual portrait, players will pose holding a volleyball on one side. We will be using some of our equipment advances to enhance the portrait photos and make them really stand out this year. New this season (because of the pandemic and ensuring players are kept safe), we will photograph players in multiple poses for the team photo. Instead of the traditional team photo, we will photograph each player multiple times for her individual portrait and a composite portrait for the team photo. The composite will include photos of each player designed into one image.
Picture Day Schedule
Photos will be taken from December 28-30 from 4-7 p.m. at the NNJ facility. Please refer to the schedule provided by NNJ for your team’s portrait time. Make-up photos for players unable to make their scheduled time have been moved to February. Because of the new team photo concept, all players will be included in the team photo.
Picture Day Ordering
To ensure a contactless experience, only online orders will be accepted (no cash or checks, please) and the order link will be live until February 28, 2021. Visit www.rememberthisfamily.com/nnjordering to order. Packages are available and vary in the number of prints and sizes. Magnets and memory mates, as well as additional prints, are available to order as an add-on; a package needs to be selected first.
Buddy/friend poses will not be photographed this year due to the pandemic; however, you can order a buddy (sibling) photo of your children. This photo of the siblings can be ordered as a package or add-on. Packages for each sibling need to be ordered separately.
During the ordering window, we will examine orders for any discrepancies and notify you if anything else is needed. If you need to modify your order, please email us by February 28, 2021.
After photo orders have been delivered, you can still place an order but will need to pay for shipping.
Photo Delivery Day
Orders will be delivered to NNJ by March 31, 2021, which is subject to change due to pandemic restrictions that may be in place (e.g., photo lab may be closed). NNJ will inform the players and their families when photos are ready to pick up.
Creative Team Photo Contest
Last season, we introduced a creative team photo contest, which resulted in many amazing photos from the NNJ club. Because of COVID-19, we won’t be able to conduct the contest like before; however, we will still have the contest. Instead, during the season, teams will have an opportunity to stage their entry and submit their photo to us by March 31, 2021. A link to submit will be included on the NNJ page of our website at www.rememberthisfamily.com/nnj.
NNJ Yearbook
New this year, we’re working on creating a yearbook for NNJ. This will feature portraits from all players as well as the team composite. Additionally, action photos from the season and photos submitted by players and coaches will be included. Autograph pages (blank) will be included for players, too. Yearbooks will be available to pre-order in April and will be delivered before the end of the club season.
Class of 2021 Seniors
We pride ourselves on taking care of the senior class. With NNJ, seniors will receive a free digital composite, which will include their portrait photo and a couple of action photos from the club season. Each senior will also receive 10 free digital images (action photos).
Lastly, we started awarding scholarships last year for the 2020 seniors and we will be doing the same for this year’s class. Visit our new Mask Up For Sports website at www.savenevadasports.com to complete an application. The deadline is March 31, 2021.
Action Photo Passes
We will offer a special club season action photo pass for all players and their families. The season pass will include photos from multiple matches. Parents will be able to view the game galleries, select their favorite photos and then have them created into a private gallery that can be shared with friends and family. The printing rights will be shared, meaning you may have these digital files printed at your preferred vendor, like Costco, Walgreens or Walmart. Photo passes will be available to order on our NNJ webpage.
